Kathleen is a Dubai Municipality approved Food Safety Trainer / Consultant with 6+ years of progressive and extensive experience in assisting clients to comply with Food Safety standards through trainings, auditing programs and consultancy services.
As one of the Food Technology graduates, she chose to be in the Food Safety field because when she was a kid, she always aspired to make a difference when she grows up. Assuring quality and safety in food industry became the remarkable duty of a Food Technologist that she will be passionately pursuing throughout her career to make a difference in this world.
